Your fitness is important to me. Your success is also important to me. In order to get a better understanding of what I offer and to find out if I am a good fit for your needs, I offer a complimentary introduction. In the introduction we discuss:

 - Health and Fitness:   the answers that you have provided on a short survey (PARQ - Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire)of

   your current state of health and fitness

 - Nutrition:  your current dietary and exercise habits

 - Fitness Basics:the building blocks to strength and conditioning

 - Philosophy and Style: my background, philosophy and programming style


 - If you decide to move forward, we will schedule a complimentary workout.

 - We will set the stage for a program that will take you to the next level, whatever that next level might be.
